1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 222ber ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing all aspects of your use of the 222ber online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://222ber.net (the "Platform").

The Platform is operated for the entertainment of adults residing in or accessing the service from Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. 222ber provides online casino games, live dealer games, crash games, slots, and cricket betting services through arrangements with third-party game and data providers.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or playing a casino game — constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions published on individual game pages, promotion pages, or within the 222ber responsible gaming documentation.

Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.4 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. 222ber makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of 222ber services — including deposits, bonus claims, betting, and withdrawals — you must register a player account via the 222ber Login page. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet the criteria set out in these Terms.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the 222ber Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by 222ber or its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have a previously suspended, terminated, or self-excluded 222ber account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 222ber reserves the right to close all but the original verified account without prior notice and to void any bonuses, winnings, or pending withdrawals associated with the duplicate accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account profile promptly if any of your details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

222ber applies a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. Before processing any withdrawal request, we require players to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• A live selfie for facial matching against the submitted ID document.
• Proof of payment method ownership where the deposit method carries a named account (e.g., the bKash or Nagad account must be registered to the same name as the 222ber account).

KYC documents must be submitted via the account verification section. 222ber will process verification requests within 48 hours during standard operating periods. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 222ber account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 222ber will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. 3 Deposits & Withdrawals

222ber processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise specified. 222ber does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the 222ber Platform:

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your gaming account instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect during standard banking hours.
• 222ber does not charge a processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to source.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account tier and verification status — contact support for current limits applicable to your account level.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 222ber account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• 222ber reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request above ৳50,000.
• Active bonus balances must be fully wagered before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Withdrawals attempted with an unwagered bonus in the account will be declined until the wagering requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.

4 Bonus Terms

222ber offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including the Daily Reload Bonus, welcome offers, game-specific free spin promotions, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section and any additional specific conditions published with each individual promotion.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered, KYC-verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each individual promotion once unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring (such as the Daily Reload Bonus).
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined unless explicitly stated.
• 222ber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, multiple account abuse, or exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the associated account suspended.

4.2 Daily Reload Bonus

The 222ber Daily Reload Bonus provides registered players with a 25% top-up on their first qualifying deposit of each calendar day. The following specific conditions apply to this promotion:

• Minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the Daily Reload Bonus: ৳500.
• Maximum bonus amount per day: ৳5,000 (i.e., a deposit of ৳20,000 yields the maximum bonus of ৳5,000).
• The Daily Reload Bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus must be wagered ৳20,000 in total before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The bonus must be claimed before 11:59 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on the calendar day of the qualifying deposit.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 15%, sports betting contributes 100% (settled bets only, minimum odds of 1.50 per selection).
• The bonus expires 7 days after credit if the wagering requirement has not been met within that period.

4.3 Wagering Requirements — General

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses awarded at 222ber carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus value. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money stakes. Free-spin winnings and bonus funds do not count toward wagering requirements unless explicitly stated. The Casino games, Slots, and Cricket Betting sections all contribute toward wagering completion subject to the contribution rates published on the promotions page.

5 Betting & Casino Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the 222ber Platform is subject to the rules set out in this section. Additional game-specific rules are published within each game interface or on the relevant game information page.

5.1 Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are accepted subject to 222ber's current published odds at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked for that bet. Pre-match bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the Platform and may be suspended at any time during live events.
• Cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI). In the event of a match being abandoned or declared no-result, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of bet placement.
• 222ber reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a palpable error in odds was made due to a data feed error or human mistake.

5.2 Casino & Slots Rules

• All casino games at 222ber are supplied by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Each game is governed by the rules published within its own interface.
• All casino games use certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are random and independent of previous results.
• In the event of a technical failure (server outage, disconnection, or game crash) during an active game round, the round will be settled according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy. 222ber is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its direct control.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• 222ber reserves the right to void winnings resulting from a verified technical error or a game provider bug. Players who knowingly exploit a software error to generate winnings will have those winnings voided and their account suspended.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, macro, or artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Colluding with other players or with any 222ber employee to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Placing bets on your own behalf in any sporting event in which you are a participant or in which you have inside information not available to the public.
• Attempting to launder funds through gaming activity.

6 Age Restriction

222ber operates a strict 18+ age policy across all services. Online gambling is intended exclusively for adults. The following age verification measures are in place to protect minors from accessing the Platform.

6.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, claim a bonus, place a bet, or play any game on the 222ber Platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Providing a false date of birth during registration is a fraudulent act and a serious breach of these Terms.

6.2 Age Verification Process

Where automated age checks are conducted at registration, these are supplementary to — and do not replace — the full KYC verification required before withdrawal.

6.3 Discovery of Underage Usage

• The account will be suspended pending investigation.
• All deposits made by the underage player will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible.

7 Account Closure & Self-Exclusion

Players may request to close their 222ber account at any time, for any reason. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and any outstanding wagering obligations on active bonuses.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool available to all registered 222ber players. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion for the following periods:

• Permanent (indefinite)

During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is disabled, login is blocked, and all marketing communications are suspended. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Players who have self-excluded and wish to reactivate their account after the exclusion period ends must contact support and complete a 24-hour reflection period before reactivation is approved. Permanent self-exclusions cannot be reversed.

7.3 Company-Initiated Closure

222ber reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Provision of false personal information at registration or during KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Underage gambling or account access by a minor.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 222ber staff.

Where 222ber initiates account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be voided. Verified real-money deposits not implicated in the breach may be returned to the originating payment method at 222ber's discretion following a full investigation.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 222ber's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player into their 222ber account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 No Liability for Indirect Losses

222ber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of betting opportunities, or emotional distress. This exclusion applies regardless of whether 222ber has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 Service Availability

222ber endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be accessible at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. 222ber accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, scheduled or otherwise, provided reasonable notice was given or the outage was caused by circumstances outside 222ber's direct control.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Casino games and crash games on the Platform are supplied by independent third-party providers. 222ber is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions in games operated by third-party providers. Any disputes related to specific game outcomes should be directed to 222ber support, who will liaise with the relevant provider to investigate. Where a provider confirms a technical error affected a game round, affected stakes may be returned at 222ber's discretion.

8.4 Player Responsibility

Players access and use the Platform at their own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to maintain secure access to your account and to safeguard your login credentials. 222ber accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player's own negligence contributed to the security breach.

8.5 Contact & Dispute Resolution

For any query, complaint, or dispute arising from your use of the 222ber Platform, please contact our support team in the first instance. Disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Account Username]". 222ber will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the matter may be escalated to binding arbitration as described in Section 1.4.
